200mg/mL of Iron present as Iron Dextran Complex
Dosage and Administration
Prevention iron deficiency anaemia:
IM- a single intramuscular (IM) injection of 1mL into the gluteal muscle of the hindleg at 1-4 days age
SC- a single subcutaneous (SC) injection via the inguinal region at 1-4 days of age
Treatment iron deficiency anaemia:
IM- a single intramuscular (IM) injection of 1mL at the first signs of iron deficiency
Withholding Period
Meat: Zero (0) days
